After a 630am run with all 12 boys & coaches/chaperon through the streets of Amsterdam; a quick shower; breakfast of dutch cheese, meats, breads, granola, cereal, yogurt, eggs, OJ and coffee.   Then boarded a bus to the downtown area and ended our walk at the Ajax Experience.  This is an interactive display including trophies, history of the club, rooms for practicing skills, and even use of a out of order room for wall soccer with coaches and players that was pretty intense!

The Royal Palace where Queen Beatrix will abdicate her throne April 30th to her son Wilhelm.  She will then become a princess, while Maxima becomes the new Queen of the Netherlands.

Along the canals in the heart of the city.

We then headed to Rotterdam for a great match with a lot of importance as Feynoord and Vitesse were both in contention near the top of league standings.

The boys sat right next to the visiting fan section and had the full effect of the rivalry and the importance of the game.

Feynoord won the game 2-0.  First a penalty kick by Pele the second a wonderful volley by Lex Immers.

Great time had by all!
